We are judged on go-live

We get stalled programs into production, retire what they replaced, and hand your team a stack they can run without us. A share of our fee is weighted to the cutover date, so slippage costs us before it costs you.

Governments

Agencies running services on systems older than the people operating them, where the constraint is procurement rather than engineering. Every stage is scoped to stand on its own, because the next may slip a budget cycle.

Government

Banking and insurance

Regulated estates where the batch still runs nightly and the change window is written into a contract. The window sets the unit of work here, not the architecture, and reconciliation evidence is produced as we go.

Banking and insurance

Healthcare

Clinical and administrative systems that cannot be taken down, where the workaround on the corridor wall is often the real system. There is no downtime in reserve, so the work is a sequence of reversible steps.

Health

Utilities

Control and outage systems with no quiet quarter to schedule around, where the wall panel is trusted more than the screen. Delivery is continuous and small, and the freeze weeks are agreed in advance.

Utilities

What do we even have?

Six weeks and a fixed fee. A counted inventory with a named owner against every entry, criticality established from real traffic rather than from interviews, and a cost band to modernize, migrate or retire each system with the working attached. We sell no software and resell no licenses, so there is nothing for a finding to be steered toward.

Estate assessment

How do we change it without stopping?

A full rewrite is a three-year bet most people are not allowed to make. We deliver behind a facade instead, capability by capability, with your engineers in the pairs from the first week. Behavior is characterized and tested before it moves, and every parallel run has an end date written into the plan.

Modernization

Eleven pilots is not one

We start only where an operations team is willing to own the result on a Tuesday. Lineage and ownership are fixed first, evaluation runs against your live distribution before anything is built, and every production decision is logged, replayable and explainable to somebody who has complained about it.

Data and AI in production

Who signs the go/no-go?

Rehearsed end to end against production-shaped data, three times. The rollback is executed and timed rather than written down, the go/no-go criteria have an owner against each line, and one named decision-maker per phase is published before the weekend and is awake for it.

Migration and cutover

Why are we still paying for it?

Almost nobody sells this, which is why the old system is still running and the saving never appeared. Retirement is scoped as its own engagement with a switch-off date, retention settled with legal before anything moves, traffic starved rather than cut, and the saving checked against your invoice.

Our fourth office opened this month with fourteen people, most of whom already worked on Asia-Pacific programs from somewhere less convenient.
