Our fourth office opened this month with fourteen people.
Selwyn has opened an office in Hong Kong, its fourth and its first in Asia. Fourteen people are based there from the start, most of whom already worked on Asia-Pacific programs from somewhere less convenient.
The office anchors the modernization practice and delivery across the region. It does not change how programs are staffed: the people in the pitch remain the people on the program, and a client in the region will now more often meet them in the same time zone.
The firm continues to run six programs at a time.
We opened it because fourteen people were already doing the work and commuting to do it.
