Who we are

A digital transformation technology consultancy that takes no engagement it cannot put into production.
Who we are

Founded in 2011

A four-year program, a board meeting, and a post-mortem contract.

Selwyn is a technology consultancy that takes systems organizations depend on and puts their replacements into production. Founded in 2011 and owned by its partners, the firm works across five service lines — estate assessment, modernization, data and AI in production, migration and cutover, and decommissioning — for clients in government, banking and insurance, healthcare and utilities. A hundred and ninety people work from four offices, and a stated share of every engagement fee is weighted to the go-live date.

Four things we hold to

Each of them costs us something, which is how you can tell.

We finish

No engagement we cannot put into production. Strategy-only work is declined in the first meeting, in writing.

We are exposed

A named share of every fee rides on the go-live date. Slippage costs us before it costs you.

We hand back

Your engineers are in the pairs from week one and keep everything we build. Handover is continuous.

We say no

Six programs at a time. When they are full we tell you when we are next free, rather than starting a seventh.

What we do not do

No resale, no commission, no referral fees. Nothing we recommend earns us anything anywhere else.

Ownership

Founder-owned. No outside capital and no private equity, which is what lets the firm turn work down.
