The assessment found eleven where the org chart said six. Four of them turned out to be retirable inside a year, and the other seven now have owners, which they did not before.
Nobody would sign off a single weekend, and they were right not to. So we did it nine times, in windows small enough that a rollback was never the interesting decision.
